Villa Bunga is a very nice place when you seek for private place with your family, large pool, beachfront, and a gazebo to relax overlooking the sea. The crew was always helpful and cooked us very good meals. Also the place is near to Lovina Beach if you want to see the dolphins or another activity like snorkling.

Genoten van een paar dagen verblijf in villa Bunga. Het is een fijn huis met een lekker zwembad. De staf is vriendelijk. Er is heel lekker gekookt en voldaan aan onze wensen. It depends on the traffic on the road, but you better count on 3 hours driving from the airport. The staff of the villa including the housekeepers gave us very much privacy. We did not go out and spent the time with my family in the villa all day long. The pool was large, the size was perfect for 6 people and the pool was maintained very good. The security staff also cleaned up the terrace and pool early in the morning, this was very comfortable during my stay. It was the best trip for me. We recommend it.

This villa is suitable for a family vacation. The location is slightly remote. It takes about 4 hours by car from Kuta. It is quiet here. Our family spent a very happy 5 days here. They swim and swim every day, blowing the sea breeze. The meals that the staff prepared are also delicious, and the tableware is very complete. For our Chinese stomach, we also went to the supermarket to buy some food and made some meals ourselves. The beach at the door is more general. There is a shallow beach before the tide rises. It’s really nice to see the dolphins here. The staff can arrange a trip by boat and it is convenient to get on the boat at the beach just in front of the villa. It is generally good, the price is good, it is suitable for the whole family, a pure vacation-style life for 3-4 days.

Our stay in Villa Bunga was fantastic!! The two ladies in the villa were really fantastic, they were sweet and nice, nothing was too much (we did not ask too much), they cleaned the villa every day, did the laundry and cooked our food, they cooked delicious meals for us !!
The villa is very spacious with a fantastic garden, pool and beach and sea view.
3 days were too short, next time we stay longer. we can definitely recommend the villa!!

Great place to relax and wind down for a few days (or longer..). A bit remote from central Lovina but that shouldn’t be an issue if you have transportation. The villa has a superb backyard with lots of comfort, a sizable pool and or course the beach and Bali Sea as a bonus. The interior and furnishings are fine but rather simple and somewhat outdated. Excellent and very hospitable staff that looks after you during the day without intruding in your privacy.

Walking into a place and asking the staff to cook whatever they feel like and have great meals every day, is a complete luxury. Quiet place, great swimming pool. I’ve been driven around on lots of places in the world and Putu is a great driver. For short distances you can always rent a scooter. Sitting on the beach and watch the locals at the end of the day is very relaxing and there are a lot of young people around who want to practice their english. At two o’clock in the afternoon the beach is almost completely empty. You’re away from the crowded site of the island and there are lots of nice things to see. It’s simply wonderful. On the website you will find about ten villa’s and I assume they are all just as nice, so please rent another one and leave this one for me.

It was a SUPER holiday. We enjoyed very much, made a lot of sightseeing trips and the combination of staying in Kuala Lumpur, Ubud and Gili was superb! The house is really perfect. Nice location, comfortable, cozy and with a wonderful view. Delicious meals, we enjoyed the service by the staff, we relaxed and also we did quite some activities. A great experience, also for the children.
The entire staff, including the gardener, the security guard and the drivers were all GREAT. All very friendly, good-hearted people.

We started in Ubud, which he is very busy and ended in Seminyak, equally as busy. This place was definitely the highlight. The staff are lovely and make the best food! We told them to surprise us every night and they did just that! Lovina is lovely if you want to get away from the touristy part of Bali. There is a lot less of it in northern Bali but that’s what we wanted. The place was very clean and quiet, and we even had distilled water to drink which was a nice bonus from not having to buy it all the time. The staff were kind enough to arrange all the tours we asked for and driving us around. Spa Batu Batu is a bonus nearby (2 min walk or a fun scooter ride from staff). This place is great for a family or a couple like ourselves. We will definitely come back, and were sad to leave.

We loved everything with it. Lovely staff that surprised my husband on his birthday with cake and birthday song when we came back after a day at a waterfall. All the meals they cooked for us was super. Helped us to book trips and tables at restaurants. Jaya the driver, whom took us to and from the Villa and where ever we wanted to go was super! Pool was super clean during the week, even after nights of heavy rain. We would love to come back one day!

Expect a lovely villa, nestled between the sea and luxuriant garden, a wonderful staff led by Duwi who was most attentive and a very good cook ( you tell her what you want and she’ll go to The market buy the ingredients and cook). She was also super helpful to organise our diving, excursions and Delphine watching. Also, as the villa is in a compound with 4 other ones ( but each is secluded in their own garden ), there is a boat transformed in a spa and little cafe . There you can treat yourself to the best massages I have had on the island. In one word – Exceptional find !

Villa Bunga is a beautiful villa in a great spot on the beach. It’s private enough and still close to everything. Staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, can arrange everything and will do anything to make your stay unforgettable. They prepare fantastic meals and get you everything you want for a very small price. They arrange transportation, trips etc. The pool is fantastic. Also the welcome massage at the spa is a real treat. 1 hour per person. A great bodymassage. One of the best we had in Bali. We had 4 wonderful days and we can recommend everyone to stay in this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is very spacious. We were with 5 persons. It has all you need. Everything was just as in the listing description and look like the pictures on the site. We liked the pool very much. The staff earns great compliments: the gardener, the ladies of housekeeping, they cooked delicious, the men of the security. They did their job very very well. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. I would also recommend the day tour as written in the information book with your own driver. I hope we will come back in the future.

We arrived on Christmas Day. The staff (Duwi and Kadek) made us the most delicious Indonesian dinner, with all sorts of dishes, and they had also set up a Christmas tree. During the rest of our stay the food was just as good – even much better than in many restaurants! During new year’s eve we were invited to celebrate with staff and other guests on the boat (an old boat on the beach with a bar and spa), which was a lot of fun. The villa itself is perfect. It is very light, has more than enough space for 6 peo ple, 3 bathrooms, a spacious and well maintained garden overlooking the sea, good aircon, and we loved the little gazebo in the garden. The gardener brought us mangoes and coconuts from the garden. All the staff were so nice, helpful, and funny, they really completed our stay. All in all I had not even one negative experience in this villa and would definitely come back.

It was a stay beyond expectations! Beautiful location if you are looking for a relaxed and quiet stay, from which you can take beautiful day trips. Visit the Gitgit waterfall, make a tracking trip through the sawas in Mayong with guide Putu, make the dolphin trip in a private boat (arrange via the gardener) to see the dolphins at sunrise etc..
The ladies (Dewi and Kadek) take care for the delicious food and the cleaning. A fantastic driver (Putu) is available daily. He speaks English very well and is widely interested, we had very nice conversations with him! He knew a lot about the culture and history of Bali where we do not know of, he took us to the best places to visit, just according to our wishes. Great villa and great private swimming pool. We want to go back any time!

After 1 week in the busy south part of Bali (we stayed in Sanur and Ubud) we  arrived for our second holiday week in villa Bunga. What a fantastic villa and what a amazing location! We all hold our breaths when we arrived!  Duwi, Kadek, Kadek and Putu is the staff of the villa, because of them we felt at home immediately. A very good staff, we enjoyed all the meals cooked, is was truly a feast each day. We made several trips, the dolphin trip at sea, a hiking trip to the Sekumpul waterfalls where we also swim and we made a wonderful trip to the Mayong rice fields. Also we celebrated the 18^th birthday of our daughter in the villa, very memorable with a birthday cake and a very special rice meal prepared by Duwi. It was fantastic! We will take all our good memories back to the Netherlands.

We have had a fantastic holiday in Bali! Especially because of the delicious house in which we stayed: Villa Cantik. We enjoyed everything in and around the villa. The lovely swimming pool, the location right at the beach, the service from Ketut and Dessa, nothing was too much for them! They cooked great food for us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This summer we stayed 3 weeks in Villa Bunga. Together with our two children (12 and 14) it was from start to finish a super holiday. To the day relax at the villa and then a day out. Every morning started with enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, sound of the waves and of course with a nice breakfast prepared by Duwi and Kadek. On the days she and the other staff at the villa made sure the you. Especially the delicious food but also the friendly and service-oriented attitude-by gardener to surveillance-was fantastic. The villa has a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. The villa is nicely decorated and very clean. In contrast to the beach and sea for the villa; Although the beach each morning for our villa was cleaned, we swam in the sea by the dirty water not much. But the swimming pool was that not so very. On the island we have done everything. As snorkeled (tip: Reef Seen, there you go in less than an hour and you can catch up from the beach so the sea and snorkelling), we have a few waterfalls and temples visited, dolphins spotted (directly in front of the villa on the sea), a day trip to waterbom park combined with eating on the beach at Jimbaran Bay and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and more. Almost all trips we did with the same taxi driver. He knew of to tell everything, had good tips and was therefore a kind of guide so that the (often long) rides by no means were boring (tip: make sure you get a good English speaking taxi driver). To sum up, a wonderful holiday to remember!

On 12-12-15 was our wedding. The 13th we left from the Netherlands and on 14-12-15 we were arrived in the beautiful villa Bunga. We were welcomed with happy honeymoon texts. This was our first impression, already super. We wanted to relax after our wedding. This has definitely succeeded! The villa is located in a quiet spot on the north coast of Bali. Every day you wake up with the sounds of the waves of the sea. The view from the terrace of the villa of the sea is amazing.

The service and smile of the staff was the icing on the cake. The two ladies are fantastic cooks and arrange everything you need. Communicating in English is no problem. We recommend other guests to go on the dolphin trip at sea in the morning and if you want to do sightseeing trips you can ask driver, he is a super guide. He speaks good English and will guide you to the best and most beautiful places on Bali.
We go back to the Netherlands with unforgettable memories!

Our stay in Villa Bunga felt for us and our children (9, 12, 14) like staying in paradise! After the busy south you immediately feel the relaxation in the authentic north. The villa is perfect and the staff of the villa is very friendly; you don’t see them all the time, but when you need something there is always someone to help. The cook Dewi, assisted by Kadek and Julia, made us such great meals that we only once went out for dinner. And the garden is so beautiful with the sound of the waves in the background! “With two friends I stayed in Villa Bunga for three nights. It was in one word AMAZING. The house is big, clean and beautifully decorated with spacious bedrooms. The private garden with private swimming pool (with seaview!) felt like paradise! The helpers were great! Our family of four had an excellent time being pampered by the staff at the Villa Bunga from March 29 to April 3, 2015! The cook, the housekeeper, especially the driver, Putu, made our vacation one of our best ever! He was very knowledgable of the entire island of Bali. We enjoyed a trip to the waterfall near Lovina, snorkeling, and dinner and shopping in Lovina and Kutu!
The villa itself was excellent with its view of the ocean and its sea breezes! The pool and shaded cabana got a lot of use, too! Our two teenaged daughters were very excited to have their own bedrooms with private baths! Thanks so much for running such a reputable and relaxing vacation spot! When it was time to pack up to return, none of the four of us wanted to return to the hectic streets of Shanghai. Give the Villa Bunga a try if you really want to be spoiled!

A great place to relax and enjoy the fantastic service of the staff in the villa or the Spa just next door. The beachfront location gives you the continuous and very relaxing sound of the waves all day. The view from the terrasse or the pavilion in the garden is just fantastic. We spent 12 nights in the Villa and never sat down once inside or turned the TV on. The beach is kept very clean in front of the villa which is not the case for many other parts of Lovina Beach. Even though it was rainy season the weather was never an issue. We will probably go to the exact same villa again.

We had a great holiday! The description of the villa was exactly as the villa was. The villa and the staff were great, the staff cooked delicious food, the driver was always ready to to bring us anywhere for an affordable price. Further, the villa was very clean. Within a 10-minute walk from the villa there is a water sports park where you can practice all water sports. The water sports park is only 5 minutes by car, but we went there always walking via the beach, a nice walk of 10 minutes. In short it was a perfect honeymoon!!
